1. Nature of the Service

Agamani Parikrama is an authentic, non-commercial cultural travel guide created to help devotees, tourists, and families explore the Kolkata Durga Puja festival (UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity). We provide pandal locations, historical archives, metro schedules, and police parking information.

2. Safety & On-Ground Police Guidelines

Users must always follow official instructions, pedestrian barricades, one-way channels, and road closures instituted by Kolkata Police, Howrah Police, and Bidhannagar Police. Do not operate mobile devices while driving.

3. Intellectual Property of Puja Committees

All pandal concepts, pratima idols, lighting decorations, and committee insignia are the intellectual and cultural property of their respective Sarbojanin Durga Puja Committees and traditional Rajbari families. Agamani Parikrama publishes cultural documentation for educational and tourism appreciation purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we exert every effort to verify pandal coordinates and metro timings, on-ground crowd management decisions by law enforcement authorities take ultimate precedence. Agamani Parikrama shall not be held liable for temporary diversions, weather disruptions, or queue delays.
